Recognizing the role that public policy plays in preventing and responding to trauma, on the one hand, or causing and exacerbating trauma on the other, TI Advocacy engages with policymakers, coalitions, and grassroots organizations from across the political spectrum, at both the state and federal levels, to advocate for policies that reduce harm and provide opportunities for healing and growth.

Centering the voices of trauma survivors in policy discussions that relate to their experiences or effect their outcomes.
